We are here to help to make sure that you get exactly the home that you want. Even if you know how much you want to spend, what type of flat you want to secure or where you want to live we can still help you to identify an exact property that will match all of your criteria.

We have been in business since 1993 and we are here to expertly match you to your property. We hope that you find the additional information that we have laid out here useful with everything that you require to let a property.

Harringtons Lettings have experienced local experts and you will be receiving the best service when looking and taking one of our properties. We stand out from our competitors by offering a smooth experience that easily allows you to find your property and move in in a stress free manner.

Please don’t hesitate to visit our Frequently Asked Questions page to work out what you will need to do to secure a rental property.

You have now found a property

You have now found a property which matches your criteria. We will need details of your Guarantors and you may be asked to do a reference although this is rare. You will then be sent various documents including a Tenancy agreement (which has been approved by Trading Standards) for you to sign. There will be some other documentation to complete. We shall also register your deposit once you have moved in under the Deposit Protection Service DPS.

Is there anything else that we can help with?

We offer a thorough service when moving you into your new home that adheres to all the relevant legal requirements and we are here to help assist you throughout your tenancy.

If your landlord has chosen Harringtons to manage the property on their behalf we will deal with all matters for you.

Any issues in relation to the property once you have moved in will be dealt with once we have approval from your landlord to deal with any necessary works.

We will also be dealing with the renewal of your tenancy and notice to leave in accordance with your tenancy agreement.
