Emma has been an integral part of Harrington’s and has been quickly promoted through the ranks to the manager of the business. Emma is consistently trained by the owner Mark Harrington on a day by day basis to ensure that she manages the business overall and is forever improving herself. She has an extensive knowledge of the property market and advises the lettings valuer on market trends. Emma is a very charismatic member of staff and is excellent with dealing with the variety of people we deal with on a daily basis. She is our social butterfly and enjoys travelling and spending time with her friends and family.
Senior Lettings Negotiator
Darina has worked for the company for six years and is extremely experienced in all forms of the business, she started by working for the administration team but now is a senior member of our team. Darina is consistently impressive in her figures and is also able to carry out valuations where needed. She is the person to go to for advice and her knowledge of lettings is unrivaled.
Senior Administration Assistant
Rachel is the senior administrative assistant of Harrington’s Lettings and deals with the day to day management of all of our properties. She has years of administration experience having previously worked at Brighton Racecourse. Rachel is a people person and is very approachable, our tenants and landlords all say how lovely it is to work with her!
Madi now deals with all valuations on behalf of landlords at Harrington’s and has a wealth of experience. She previously worked for one of the largest Letting Companies in Brighton and has become an integral part of the Harrington’s team dealing with all aspects of the property market for landlords including liaising with Emma on day to day trends. She ensures that any items that are required by landlords are dealt with efficiently, professionally and ensuring a smooth transaction throughout
Hannah has a history of administration and is now becoming an important part of Harrington’s team. She previously worked for a Property Management Company and is now supporting the Administration Department on a day by day basis. She has a varied role to include inventories, checkouts and inspections and enjoys dealing with landlords and tenants on a day by day basis. Her customer service is second to none.
