Tenant Registration Properties To Rent

It is simple to take a tenancy through Harringtons:-
STEP 1: You will be asked to pay a holding fee of £150 per adult
STEP 2: You will be asked to complete a Holding Fee Form and Tenant Application Form and your offer will then be put forward to the Landlord.
STEP 3: Once your offer has been accepted, guarantor documentation will be posted or emailed to your guarantor. Your guarantor then has seven days in which to return the Forms to Harringtons
STEP 4: You will then need to pay the move-in balance to include rent and security deposit and this will be required in cleared funds by your move in date
STEP 5: All tenants will need to come into our office on your move in date for approx 20 minutes to sign the Tenancy Agreements and you will then be given the keys.
